Please find information about accommodation below. Reservations are done through the online registration form.  Hotel availability changes on a daily basis and the room cannot be guaranteed until payment is received in full. Hotel rooms are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed at time of registration. Once payment is received and if that room or hotel is no longer available, we shall advise with the option of reserving an alternate hotel. Should you be sharing with another delegate, you will each be invoiced for your portion of the room fees. Your name shall not be submitted to the hotel until both parties have registered. Once payment has been received, the names shall be submitted to the hotel. In the unfortunate circumstance that your sharing partner does not pay for their portion of their accommodation you shall be invoiced for the sharing amount due.
